I spent years trying numerous protocols that only ever provided short-term relief for my chronic health issues and left me feeling even more defeated.

Once upon a time I suffered from not one but two debilitating autoimmune diagnoses. Mainstream medicine led me to believe that there was no hope for my health and even an alternative approach left something to be desired. I worked with multiple practitioners and tried a myriad of protocols, many of which would help some, but not enough. I wanted complete healing and wasn’t satisfied with anything less.
Even in the alternative health space, many practitioners focus on symptom management. Essentially they take an allopathic approach to health, but use supplements in place of medication, and they fail to ask the most important question: WHY?
I DON’T BELIEVE IN SYMPTOM CHASING.
Symptoms are not the enemy; they are our body’s way of communicating that something is wrong!
My goal is to get to what’s going on underneath; to ask WHY your feeling a certain way and what your body is trying to communicate. And instead of trying to guess at what areas are impaired, I use functional lab testing to find weak areas of the body and provide them with the support they need to facilitate healing.
